Horizontal Directional Drilling - Pipeline Pullback

Pulling back the pipeline from the bore hole is the final and the most complicated step of the HDD process. A pipeline is fabricated in the advance, at the exit point. The pipe is lifted at the front end to achieve the perfect alignment of entry angle with that of bore hole. This is the most difficult task because it involves the actual pipeline which needs to be installed. The HDD rig slowly pulls back the string of pipeline, to the original entry pit. Bentonite is used in this process to minimize the friction between the pipe and ground. Bluegrass Technologies uses the latest technology protective covering and equipment to ensure total safety.
